Cancellations and Refunds

1. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
- Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from Twisted Tails.
- Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale items (if marked as final sale)
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

7. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
